Full Range does not create an account, run advertising or analytics, or automatically upload or sync your training data. Your entries are stored locally on your iPhone in the app's private shared container so the Full Range widget can read them.
Your schedule, completed activities, intensity, weight, body-fat percentage, goal weight, and notes remain on your device. Full Range excludes those training-data files from iCloud and device backups.
Operational settings, such as whether a reminder or Apple Health reading is enabled, and local Tip Jar de-duplication records use standard app preferences. Apple may include those preferences in device or iCloud backups according to system backup settings; they contain no training measurements or notes.
If you grant permission, Full Range reads body mass, body-fat percentage, and workout samples only to fill blank entries and, if you opt in, check off clearly matching activities. It never overwrites a value you typed and never writes data to Apple Health.
Apple Health access is optional. You can change it at any time in the Health app or iOS Settings.
If you enable the daily reminder, iOS schedules local notifications on your iPhone. Full Range does not use push notifications and does not send reminder data to a server.
Optional tips are processed by Apple through In-App Purchase. They unlock no features. Full Range stores a local count and Apple's transaction identifiers only to avoid counting the same tip twice and to thank returning supporters. The developer does not receive your payment-card details from the app. Apple's handling of purchase data is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.
Full Range does not automatically transmit your training data. A copy leaves the app only when you choose Export readable report or Create Backup and then select a destination in Apple's share or Files picker. You control that copy and the storage provider you choose.
A backup is a readable JSON file containing your schedule, preferences, and training history, including any imported Health values. Restore from backup reads only the file you deliberately select and asks again before replacing current data. Full Range has no iCloud or CloudKit entitlement and performs no background cloud sync between devices.
Your entries remain on the device until you erase them or delete the app. Erase training history in Settings permanently removes logged entries, turns off Apple Health reading so they are not imported again, and keeps your schedule and other preferences. Deleting Full Range removes its remaining local app data.
Full Range does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
If a future version adds data collection, analytics, advertising, server sync, or a third-party SDK, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before that version is released.
